Credit contract signed BOT National Highway 1A

On 6-8 pm, in Hanoi, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) held a signing ceremony of credit contract for BOT project National Highway 1A, Nghi Son section (Thanh Hoa) to Cau Giay (Nghe). Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Dinh La Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Communications and Transport; Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Cung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Vice Minister of Defense; Mr. Tran Bac Ha, Chairman of BIDV Board of Directors, representatives of Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces, investment and construction units.
According to the signed credit contract, BIDV approves the capital contribution to joint venture contractors with a maximum value of VND2,944 billion; The loan period is 17 years. BIDV also offers a full range of products and services such as 4-way credit cards, retail banking products, insurance products ... to help investors complete projects on schedule. Previously, to arrange capital for BOT projects from Thanh Hoa to Can Tho, the Ministry of Transport and BIDV also has a coordinated agreement to implement the program. Accordingly, BIDV pledged to arrange up to 30,000 billion VND with loans up to 85% total investment of each project.
