The 4-star hotel is located on the golden land at 62 Tran Phu street, Loc Tho ward, close to the beach and is considered the most beautiful street in Nha Trang. This is a hotel complex consisting of 1 basement and 26 floors, divided into two main blocks: 26-storey tower including serviced apartments and hotel rooms; The lobby includes a business center, public facilities, hotel services. The whole land area is 4,570 square meters, of which construction land area: 2,687 square meters, yard area, transportation: 1,290 square meters; Total floor area is 24,421 square meters, construction density is 59%. The project has a total investment of 700 billion. It is expected to be completed in 25 months and will be put into operation before August 2015. The project is invested by 319 corporation and MIPEC is the unit participating in investment cooperation. Design consultant by PTW Vietnam, established and consulted by Absolute Hotels (AHS) of Thailand.

Speaking at the commencement ceremony, Lieutenant General Le Huu Duc praised the owner and construction unit have made efforts to start the project on schedule. The four-star hotel and commercial center is under the management of the Military Zone 5 Command and is currently not used for defense missions and has been converted to use the economic purpose of the time. for 49 years (since the plan was approved) in accordance with Decision No. 4600 / QD-BQP dated 19 November 2010 by the Minister of Defense. With the objective of investing in the construction of high-class trade centers and hotels, the land use efficiency will be promoted, creating additional revenue sources for the defense budget; contributing to creating more jobs and resolving the military rear-line policy, managing the land fund for long-term defense.
